The Sun Rises Without You, the Sequel to Roller Derby Vampire Girl Set To Sink Its Fangs into Winter/Spring of 2022
February 1, 2021 (FLORIDA)— Author Josh Blackmon is pleased to announce the sequel to his debut new adult fiction novel, Roller Derby Vampire Girl. Roller Derby Vampire Girl was released on December 1, 2020, and has been well received by audiences and critics, currently available on Amazon.
Slated to be published in late winter/early spring of 2022, The Sun Rises Without You continues the story from Roller Derby Vampire Girl, which thurst the book's heroine into the seedy world of vampires via a life and death stakes underground roller derby tournament. "The book picks up a few years after the end of the events in RDVG," says Blackmon. "Learning about vampires isn't something easily left behind, and the quest to destroy them threatens to consume the humanity Regina is struggling to preserve."
Josh Blackmon began his writing career in newspapers and magazines, with his writing featured in regional and national publications. He currently works at a marketing company in north Florida, where he lives with his wife and daughter. Josh has a passion for writing and the paranormal.
I am incredibly excited to share the journey of bringing the sequel to my readers. While it is realistically still about a year off, this gives me the opportunity to bring you the best novel possible and a chance to have fun discussions along the way.
